Alabama Artificial Limb & Orthopedic Service, Inc. (AALOS), founded by Al Latimer in 1954, has been a leader in its field for over 70 years. Glenn Crumpton, Al Latimer’s grandson, has been inspired to continue in his grandfather’s footsteps and is now leading AALOS.
Today, AALOS has six full-time facilities serving patients throughout the state of Alabama. With a focus on patient care and community engagement, AALOS provides a wide range of Orthotic and Prosthetic services for patients of all ages, from newborns to seniors.
AALOS’s success is a testament to the resilience of its patients, who overcome life-changing experiences with the help of Orthotic and Prosthetic care. The company’s continuous evolution and support for the profession are evident through its involvement with universities and within the community.
