The team includes owner Chef Elizabeth, Executive Chef AJ Foshee, and Marketing Manager Isolde Shelton, along with contracted team members who help bring larger events to life.

Cajun Amoré’s commitment to its craft has earned the company opportunities to showcase its cuisine on WBRC’s Connected Through Cooking, ABC’s Talk of Alabama, and WSFA’s Fridays in the Kitchen multiple times. But some of the company’s most meaningful wins happen behind the scenes. Recently, Cajun Amoré successfully served two families at the same time, with Chef AJ preparing a bachelor party at Lake Martin while Chef Elizabeth catered a military send-off celebration in Prattville. The company credits the support of family and relationships with other local small businesses as key ingredients in its success.
