Since opening its doors in 1986, Wynlakes Golf & Country Club has grown from a vision by founder James W. Wilson, Jr. into one of Montgomery’s most cherished destinations for recreation, connection, and community. This year, Wynlakes is proud to celebrate 40 years of creating memories and building a community that feels like home.

While celebrating its history, Wynlakes is also looking toward an exciting future. In just the first few months of 2026, more than 100 new members have joined the Wynlakes family, reflecting the continued appeal of a club that offers something for everyone.

Members enjoy an 18-hole championship golf course, tennis and pickleball courts, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and a resort-style pool. Beyond the amenities, Wynlakes offers a vibrant social calendar filled with wine tastings, themed dinners, family events, holiday celebrations, and opportunities to connect with fellow members.

Wynlakes is also a premier destination for weddings, celebrations, corporate gatherings, and special events, with beautiful spaces and an experienced events team dedicated to making every occasion memorable. The club’s culinary team complements the experience with fresh seasonal offerings and member favorites.

After 40 years, what truly makes Wynlakes special is its sense of community. It is a place where friendships grow, families connect, traditions are created, and new memories are made.

Forty years later, Wynlakes is more than a country club—it’s a place to belong.
